This wine is perfect for first time consumers of skin contact/orange wine.
90% Gros Manseng, 10% Colombard, Co-fermented. No Sulphur added before ferment or during fermentation or elevage, only bottling 60 to 70 days on skin during fermentation. Fermentation in a closed stainless steel tank. Nitrogen is used to move the juice/against the skin and helps to protect against oxygen. Post ferment free run is used for the final wine. No additions of any kind during the process except a small amount of sulphur at the end. It is lightly filtered before bottling. Vegan friendly
