Hand harvested from the Mistletoe Home Vineyard and another long established Hermitage Road vineyard.
The grapes were whole bunch pressed to older French oak puncheons for fermentation and maturation prior to bottling in July 2021.
Classic Hunter Chardonnay from a great vintage showing the typical flavours of white peach and melon underpinned by well balanced oak.
