Weissburgunder is also known as Pinot Blanc.
Picked in mid-September 2015, The Controlled fermentation in steel tanks over 14 days, after contact with the lees until bottling. Fragrant and aromatic of fresh Williams pears, Kant Erten lime, some almonds and many yellow fruits. Juicy on the palate supported by the balance of the fine residual sugar a fine texture and a very soft fruity finish! Will stay fresh for two to three years but best to drink will fresh. Great with Oysters, seafood and salads.
