Tasting Notes:

• Aromas: Complex bouquet with notes of ripe blackberries, some raspberry, and even violets.
• Palate: Full-bodied and mouth-filling with fine texture and polished tannins. The wine offers excellent structure and length with a softly integrated oak character and an elegant finish.

Food Pairing: Grilled or braised meats, and dishes with creamy or buttery sauces.

Aging Potential: While enjoyable upon release, the wine is expected to age well for another 10-15 years. 

Winemaking: The wine was hand-picked, had a two-day cold soak, and then underwent natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Fermentation included hand plunging three times daily for about ten days. It was then basket pressed and filled into French and two-year-old American oak for three weeks of barrel fermentation, followed by 18 months of maturation.
